Italian cooks rely chiefly on the quality of the ingredients rather than on elaborate preparation. Ingredients and dishes vary by region. Many dishes that were once regional, however, have proliferated with variations throughout the country.
La Risotteria presents many rice recipes from all Italy’s regions. I created this website with italian friends who wanted to present Italy’s cooking with passion. I did webdesign and front-end development and my friends worked on back-end development and Wordpress.
